The Opportunity

Bish’s RV is the largest family-owned RV dealer in the Rockies and the Mid-West.  We are dedicated to providing quality products and services that exceed the expectations of our customers, and to creating an atmosphere where our customers can enjoy a positive experience as friends of our family business.

We are currently seeking a Chief Pilot who is looking to be a part of a team in a growing company. The importance of this position and the attention to detail cannot be understated. We are looking for someone who will focus on safety and will coordinate plane cleaning and appearance to maintain optimal airworthiness. This position is also 24hours on call/salary, so we are looking to have someone already located in the Boise area or someone who is willing to relocate. The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Develop operations and documentation to meet FAA requirements
  • Aircraft expense management and tracking
  • Repairs and maintenance tracking and scheduling
  • Flight reporting and tracking to Accounting group (tax purposes)
  • Crew Management
  • Trip Planning (routing)
  • Prepare and report Annual Aircraft budget
  • Facilitate international mission documents and paperwork

Required Qualifications

  • Commercial MEL or ATP
  • 6,000 hours total
  • 2,000 hours PIC of a turbojet aircraft
  • 300 hours CE-750
  • Successfully completed manufacture approved CE-750 simulator training the preceding 12 months.
  • Must have previous experience at a Chief Pilot of a part 91 operation.
  • First Class Medical
  • Never failed a Drug or Alcohol Test
  • Pass background and security checks.
  • An awesome attitude!
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
